Refund Policy
Last updated: July 3, 2026
The short version
If SpaceDock Pro isn't working out, email us within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. No questionnaire, no "have you tried…" — the free version exists precisely so you can test everything before paying, but if you bought first and regret it, that's fine too.
How to request a refund
- Email support@spacedock.pro with the email address you used at checkout (your Paddle order ID or receipt speeds things up but isn't required).
- We'll confirm and initiate the refund through Paddle, our merchant of record, typically within 2 business days.
- Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
You can also contact Paddle directly via paddle.net — as merchant of record, Paddle handles buyer refund requests under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Nothing in this policy limits what Paddle's terms grant you.
EU and UK consumers: right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content that is delivered immediately — like a license key issued at checkout — the law allows this right to lapse once you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right; Paddle's checkout collects that consent where required.
In practice this distinction rarely matters for SpaceDock customers, because our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee above matches or exceeds the statutory window: whether or not you gave that consent, we will refund you within 14 days of purchase on request. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
What's outside the window
After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. If the app has a defect that we can't fix and that prevents you from using what you paid for, write to us anyway — we'd rather refund than have you stuck with something broken.
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated buy-refund cycles of the same product.
